I help people feel more calm, clarity, and connection through mindfulness, somatic work, and psychedelics

Hi, I'm Mahesh

“Why should I use psychedelics” is something people often ask me.

My answer is always the same: “IDK.”

I don’t know why anyone should use psychedelics. To be honest, I don’t know why anyone should do anything. People are like fractals– infinitely complex. I don't know anyone well enough to tell them what they should do especially when it comes to ingesting molecules that can single-handedly change the course of one’s life. Of course, I will always offer advice if it’s requested by my clients, but in my experience being told what we should do by other people doesn’t really help create change.

My true focus and 99% of what I do as a coach can be described as follows: I create conditions that allow people to see themselves more clearly. Notice how I didn’t say that I help people see themselves more clearly. I simply create space that allows this process to happen on its own. And often as a result of seeing themselves more clearly, people tend to change in ways that are more aligned and authentic. Sometimes that change is easy and instant, sometimes it’s hard and slow, most often it’s a mix of both– there is nothing linear about this work. The only thing that matters is that we are moving towards our goal: to see ourselves more clearly.

Psychedelics can be a big part of that process, but it’s not the only part. The pillars of my work draw heavily on Buddhist and Hindu philosophy and I rely on tools such as mindfulness, somatic experiencing, IFS, and more. All these approaches ultimately help us move toward that same goal of seeing things more clearly.

what people have said

"Our work together has helped me become more intentional and connected to myself in subtle but meaningful ways. There’s a groundedness and wisdom in him that feels far beyond his years. In a world where so much wellness work can feel performative or transactional, Mahesh feels authentic. Kind. Present. Human."

- Stuart V, Retired Principal

"Over the past few months, I’ve gained more clarity, built healthier habits, and learned how to properly practice meditation, something I’ve always wanted to do but never knew how to. This process helped me gain perspective and clarity during a stressful transition. I would highly recommend this for anyone in a similar situation."
